NFL Recruitment 2013 Online Application for Management Trainee Posts: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) published a notification regarding the recruitment of GATE qualified Management Trainees. NFL is a Public Sector Company engaged in the production of inorganic and organic fertilizers. It is established in the year 1974, as of now it has more than five manufacturing plants across various parts of the country. By this time NFL has issued a recruitment notification for engaging managerial and technical level graduates.

In order to recruit the deserving candidates in various engineering disciplines, NFL decided to select meritorious GATE-2014 competitors. Candidates possessing valid engineering degree in any of the below mentioned disciplines may submit their applications online. Education Qualification:
To be eligible for this vacancy, the applicants must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology from any of the below mentioned disciplines. The minimum qualifying marks in the degree examination should not be less than 60% and the degree must be obtained from a recognised university.

Age Limit:
Candidates who are not more than 27 years of age as on 1st January 2014 are eligible to apply. From this upper age limit relaxation of 3 years of OBC and 5 years for SC/ST category applicants will be given.

Selection Process:
Initially the applications will be shortlisted based on the GATE-2014 Score and eligible applicants will be invited for Interview. The GATE score and the performance in the interview decide the selection of candidates.

Pay Scale and Allowances:
As a Management Trainee in NFL, the employee will get a salary according to the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- per month. During the initial one year training, the employee will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs.16400/-. In addition to this other allowances which are admissible as per company rules are given to the employees.

Registration Fee:
As an application charge Rs.500/- have to pay by the General and OBC category applicant. For all reserved category applicants there is no registration fee

The applying procedure for this exam comprises several stages. At first the candidates have to register for GATE-2014 exam, on successful registration GATE provides an enrollment number for you.
