Job Description:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support field in Enterprise environment
2. Candidate should have sound technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills and support experience on following :-
3. Windows platform in Windows 2000 and Windows XP
4. Networking, LAN , WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment
5. Widows Desktop and Server Operating system
6. Windows Active Directory

Job Responsibilities :

1. To handle Customers query or problem over phone
2. Take ownership of all the calls coming into Service Desk
3. Periodically updating calls/customer as required
4. Provide timely resolution and effective documentation
5. Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problems.
6. Make judgement as to when the problem has to be escalated and should follow-up on the calls to ensure that the user is updated and close it once the solution to provided.
